It's a DRAW. You guys ought to give yourself a pat on your back! I am very happy and proud of you girls for fighting till' the end! Like seriously, we have proved many others wrong. For those who have doubted us, we have surprised them (: They thought we had so many obstacles which held us back; but we pulled through and it really tells alot about our Touch team.

Our team deserve credits for having the never-dying-spirit and fighting hard from the start till the end. We learned from our mistakes, and then get back on the field to work on it! There is definitely no other team as AWWEEESOME//wonderful//fabulous as you girls :D We are definitely the rainbow who resisted & held on despite the stormy weathers.

We can't stop here as we've got more surprises to show on thursday & our last game (: Continue believing in ourselves and our team. We can do it girls!

Don't sweat too much about yesterday's walkover. We were upset yesterday, but now we shouldn't be anymore because we are supposed to be more motivated for our next game! Let the past take care of itself. We have the present & the future to prepare for (: RP Resist ain't just a team name for show or to look good. But we live up to our name. We will resist and fight hard! Listen here...

The greatest accomplishment our team can show everyone is not in never falling, but in rising up again after we fall.

People think we will be all emo, sad, depressed, blahblahblah... but let's surprise them by coming back on the field 10x stronger! HAO MA? (OK?) :D

Welcome to POL-ITE 2009

Hi Rainbows, tomorrow marks the beginning for POL-ITE.
Here are our to-bring list. It's COMPULSORY for everyone!

  1. Your very own POL-ITE jersey!
  2. Tights
  3. Black Long Socks
  4. Boots (DUH!!)
  5. BIG water bottle
  6. Windbreaker/Jacket
  7. THERMOMETER (superdupervery important!)
  8. NO clips allowed (use headbands or something not hard/sharp)
  9. SHORT fingernails! Remember to trim your nails tonight k?
  10. Last and VERY importantly, your heart and your determination! :D
Let's play our best tomorrow! We have trained so hard, faced so many obstacles and come so far... Let's prove to people we are unstoppable! Remember what boo said? We must be the best players on the field, to show everyone that our obstacles have not beaten us but we have beaten them!

New rules for your food diary!

FIRST BIG rule of the food diary

- Send your food diary to boo everyday! Regardless email & sms, you MUST (die die must) submit it everyday. both options are catered to your convenience!

SECOND rule of the food diary

- At least 3L of plain water EVERYDAY! (not including coffee, coke, tea, etc)
- To motivate you to drink more water, I found really good benefits you'll love...

  1. Fresh, healthy skin! Be pimple-free, who doesn't want good complexion? (:
  2. Lose weight by drinking water! "As most food contains some water, if one doesn’t drink enough, they may be subconsciously driven to eat more to gain the necessary water supply however, you also gain the undesired effects of increased calorie consumption."
  3. Increase metabolism rate.
  4. Keep your brain healthy! It will help you remember your moves better :D
  5. It will boost our energy level. That explains why sometimes you girls feel lethargic or inactive.

THIRD rule of the food diary

- Eat after exercise. We should be eating and drinking IMMEDIATELY after training/exercise, like during cool-down also.
- You need to bring something for your cool-down snack. Suggestions below from boo.

  • Fruit (apple, banana)
  • Electrolyte drink 600ml (eg gatorade, 100plus, H20, powerade)
  • Granola bar (your healthy snack bar!)
  • Pineapple fruit and juice is said to contain stuff that will help your recovery better

FORTH AND FINAL rule of the food diary

- If you're in training, you should be eating PROPER meals.
- 5 to 6 little meals OR 3 proper meals
- Breakfast is very important, have a few slices of peanut butter bread OR raisin bread with a cup of milk at least


Just 4 simple rules to follow. Please follow them and boo would like to see changes in your food diary. If you're guilty for not eating well, start making changes with what/how you eat today! If you haven't been submitting your food diary, please start NOW!
