Let's do it. Look at how much we have gone through, the horrible GPA shitz making us lose one of our good player, the horrible violence from NUS making our theknees lose her knee (:@ angtsy & sad when I think about it!), and lastly, the battle in our minds during our TP and NUS game.

IVP is about to be over for us. Can we just do it once more? Just the last time and let's just give it our best. It's gonna be the best game today alright?

We do not need trophies to prove and show that we're winners. Deep down inside, believe that we are winners and we'll be the champions if you girls believe it with me!

IVP Preparation

Hello!

Our big day is tomorrow. Please take a deep breath and close your eyes and rest early tonight. Here are the list of items you can add into your preparation list to prepare yourself for tomorrow!

1. Your Niceee new Jersey! NO JERSEY NO PLAY HOR
2. BLACK Long socks
3. Wear your POL-ITE fbt tights
4. Those wearing contact lenses, bring an extra pair (boo says so!)
5. Pack your favourite boots
6. Your hair tie, headband, no sharp objects though
7. Bring your Mp3 to relax yourself
8. Your playbook if you need to revise and read
9. Your own snack bag if you have your special energy food (best if you bring more for the team hehehehe)
10. Your supporters or your ai ai to support you!

Our first game tomorrow with SMU. I know many of you will have butterflies in your tummy like me. Well, let's do it! No more turning back. It'll be another night for us Rainbows to rockkkkkk. Our reserves and shadows must prepare all these items too ok. Those who were assigned to buy our recovery food and etc, please remember to bring them down. Thank youuuu

Juniors, please come down to watch and support our game. The bus will come at 5.20pm so those who have UT please rush over to the sports complex bus bay. Don't be late!

I will dream of faeries giving us wings to fly tomorrow, to fly to the score line, for the wingers to dive to the try line, for the middles to break through the defense and the links to use their superpower brains and invisible to suddenly pop out at the score line. The games

GAME BOOTH 1	GAME BOOTH 2	GAME BOOTH 3
Contestant have to throw the rugby ball thorough the hole in front of them. The hole will be cut from cardboard and hanged at the back. Challenge is complete with 5 consecutive successes. Logistics: cardboard width of the booth and 2m height. 2 rugby balls	Contestant have to catch the ball that is thrown. The ball will be thrown upwards at a high distance so the challenge is for them to position themselves at a catchable position and have a firm grip catch of the ball. Challenge is complete when there are 3 consecutive successes. Logistics: area of 5m grid. 3 rugby balls.	Hold a wet rugby ball with one hand. Challenge is complete when the he/she get to hold the ball for 30seconds with left hand and change to 30 seconds with right hand. Logistics: 2 pails of water. 2 rugby ball.
