I'm sure we all have learnt something from yesterday and hope you girls had fun with each other too! Credits to all the 3 teams (RP Boomz, Rainbowzz, Little Rainbows) for fighting hard and playing their best under the hot sun (:

Anyway, contact girls, don't forget your last training tomorrow before your big game on Thursday! :D And we won't be having training tomorrow as we will be having a dvd session so we will meet at our usual spot at koufu at 630pm after the contact girls training and go together.

LASTLY, boo is planning for us to have a BEACH TOUCH at SENTOSA :D :D :D (YES BE EGGCITED COS ITS FUN!) It is tentatively at a very nice day *grins* 8th November, Sunday. Yup, it will be from morning so keep yourself free for this fun day k?

Meanwhile, Happy Recovering to everyone suffering from ASTRO-BURN/blistersss/muscle aches/muscle cramps/stiff necks/sunburnt..etcetcetc.

Hi lovely rainbows! :D

Good game to everyone who played nebo! Bet you girls are all burnt and black by now... Hope you girls had fun yesterday and at the same time, learnt alot from the games you played and from your team mates too. The experience you got from yesterday will help you in your future games (: So keep it up!

Anyway, we will be having some SAS touch games at the end of year. I need to get some estimated/rough predicted availability so that we can confirm with the other schools.

This sunday, please be at SJI International at 8.15am! We need to register ourselves and it will take time before the games start.

For the fixtures, they will only let us know on the day itself.

Back2School!

Welcome back to schooool, YAY! (yea right hahaha)

Hope some of you are enjoying your first day of school and some others.. maybe cursing throughout the whole semester but it's okay, at the end of the day, you know you will be running back to the same field for trainings and to see your lovely team mates! (:

Touch Trainings are still the same.

Tuesdays and Thursdays

7pm - 9pm

And something new this season,

CONTACT RUGBY IS BACK!

Trainings are on Wednesdays, 7pm 5pm. (pls take note new time!)

Starting this week, 7th October 09.

Please be punctual for trainings and we would like to reinforce this, we will be fining $3 for latecomers who reach after 7pm! And we would appreciate if you let any of us know if you're not turning up for training and also with a valid reason.

Lastly, our favourite rugby 'slogan' -

NO SLIPPERS ALLOWED!

Remember, Strictly NO slippers! Please check your footwear before you leave your house for school ok? The consequences won't be nice.
