we can only send in one team in 18s and 23s category.
the new list is gonna be up. based on attendance and age.

helloo everybody,

Once again,we are given another one week break from training. So girls, please make full use of this break to either rest or do whatever you want cos when training resumes,we will be training in preparation for the upcoming IVP which will be held in January.

Alright,we are here not to scare you but honestly,attendance has been horrendous for the past week.If you cant make it for training please inform us personally beforehand. with reason. Don't just disappear and turn up as and when you like okay?
we're a team and we should start acting and training as one.

Also,we have started to utilize the log book again to keep track of your attendance.

Anyway,Boo expects to see everyone down the next training.
